Returns & Exchanges (pre-April 2019)

Our suits are all thoroughly checked for defects before leaving our hands, and we’re pretty confident in the stretchy comfort of our suit - but we welcome you to test it out in your own home and return or exchange it within 14 days.

Basically

  • You may return your suit for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date
  • Returns and exchanges must be returned to us in 100% original condition to be approved - that’s unworn, unwashed, all tags/packaging, and hygiene sticker intact
  • Exchanges and returns are free for U.S. and Australian orders, however all other countries will be required to cover the cost of their return postage

OK, how do I do it?

  1. Open up a fresh email to returns@youswim.com
  2. Include your order number and explain what you’d like to do/how we can help
  3. We’ll get back to you with the info you need ASAP (usually within a day)

The Finer Details

  1. You may return your item for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery date
  2. For purchases with a 20% or more discount code, you may only return your item for an exchange or full store credit
  3. For purchases with a 50% or more discount code, all sales are final and we cannot offer a refund or exchange
  4. All returned or exchanged items must be returned in completely original condition - unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging attached including tags, inserts, and hygiene stickers
  5. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items which do not include all original packaging or which appear to be worn, washed, previously wet, or where the hygiene sticker has been removed
  6. Exchanges will be offered based on stock availability and shipped for free for U.S. and Australian orders
  7. Exchanges and return refunds for all other countries will require the customer to pay for the return shipping
  8. Refunds can take up to 5 business days to process from the day they land on our desk. We’ll refund your items value using your original form of payment, but any original shipping charges (beyond free shipping) are not refundable unless the return is due to a fault. You will be notified via email when the refund has been processed, but please note that your financial institution may require additional time to process the transaction and credit your account
  9. We hold the right to deny refunds or exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet the return policy requirements. If this occurs, you will be liable for shipping the item back to you
  10. We will deny any refunds or exchanges if the item returned doesn’t meet our policy requirements or we believe to be disingenuous, you will be liable for the cost of shipping the item back to you
